Where to Go Next - Get advice about Higher Education at the College from our Progression Co-ordinator

Once you have chosen the right course, there are many progression routes available: at whatever level you start, there is an option to progress to a higher level. As a College student studying A Levels, BTEC Nationals, the new Diploma or NVQs, you will be given careers advice and help with university and progression applications. You will receive help and guidance through your tutorial and, at whatever level you are studying, you can book an appointment with the Progression Co-ordinator.

Courses such as A2s, NVQs (Level 4) and BTEC National Diplomas are acceptable* as routes to a degree. Higher level qualifications such as a HNC/HNDs or Foundation Degrees can also be used as a next step onto a Degree course. There is no 'right' way into Higher Education.

*Eligibility criteria varies by subject.
