Employer Charter

Primary Purpose
• To provide high-quality, cost-effective, focused training and development solutions, tailored to your needs and budget.
• To develop mutually beneficial relationships with businesses and employers.

What you can expect from us
• A response to enquiries regarding courses and training opportunities within 5 working days of receipt.
• The opportunity for employers to contribute to the design of a course or training programme.
• A safe and healthy learning environment.
• Qualified and competent staff, who will deliver high-quality learning opportunities and services.
• Where appropriate, reports to employers, on their employees’ progress, at least once during the academic year.
• Regular feedback to all learners on their progress.
• The opportunity for learners and employers to participate in the evaluation process, through feedback surveys.
• Invoices raised in a timely and accurate manner, within one month of the beginning of the course.

What we expect from you
We ask for a commitment from all employers to:

• Support their employees throughout the duration of their course or training.
• Provide assessment opportunities where appropriate.
• Encourage their employees to bring to the attention of the College any learning difficulty or disability so that we can
assess appropriate support needs.
• Encourage their employees to attend regularly, be punctual and work to the best of their abilities.
• Pay all invoices, where applicable,
