Apprenticeship Framework: NVQ level 2 in Sales

Functional Skills: English & Maths Level 1

Technical Certificate: Level 2 Certificate in Sales

NVQ Level 2 Units:

Demonstrate compliance with legal, regulatory and ethical requirements for sales activities

Manage and prioritise time for sales activities

Sell products or services face to face / or over telephone
