Functional Skills: English & Maths Level 1
Technical Certificate: ILM Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading
NVQ Level 2 Units:
• Manage personal development
• Develop working relationships with colleagues/manage conflict in a team
• Communicate information and knowledge/participate in meetings
• Plan, allocate and monitor work of a team
• Manage customer service in own area of responsibility
On successful completion of the NVQ 2, the apprentice may further their studying onto the NVQ 3 in Management of an Advanced Apprenticeship programme.
