Paying for your course

Your course fee must be settled at the time of enrolment. Payment may be made by cash, cheque, credit or debit card. You can also pay by direct debit.

If your employer is paying, you must submit an official letter from your employer or sponsor, authorising the College to invoice for fees.

Some course fees may be inclusive of examination fees. Unless otherwise stated, awarding body fees will be payable in addition at the time of entry. Please check at the point of enrolment.

Will I need to pay?
Did you know TUITION and examination/registration fees are FREE for all students 16-18 undertaking most full-time or part-time Further Education courses?

There is welcome news for everyone in receipt of benefit, such as Jobseeker's Allowance, Income Support, Housing/Council Tax Benefit, Pensions Credit (Guarantee Credit), Working Tax Credit (with a household income of less than £15,050), Disabled Person's Tax Credit or Asylum Seekers in receipt of income-based benefits. The College is offering FREE TUITION on most Further Education courses leading to accreditation. If in receipt of these benefits, part-time students only pay a maximum of £40 towards their course fees and full-time students only pay £100.

What do I need to bring?
If you are not paying tuition fees because you are in receipt of benefits, you must bring along one of the following (a UB40 is NOT admissible):

Job Seeker's Allowance - some evidence needed
Income Support - Allowance Book or Letter
Housing Benefit - Letter from the Housing Department
