Construction & Civil Engineering
Annual Starting Salary £23,202 with incremental progression to £31,188 for those who possess a recognised teaching qualification or £18,303 with incremental progression to £21,861 for those who do not possess a recognised teaching qualification
You will be required to implement systems which ensure the achievement of performance targets and safeguard learner motivation and morale. You will embed and promote equality of opportunity within your role at College and will proactively manage the health and safety aspects of the provision to comply with the College’s Health & Safety and Sustainable Development Policies.
You must be able to demonstrate knowledge and competency of the construction and civil engineering discipline and have relevant commercial and/or site experience, together with an HNC qualification in Civil Engineering as a minimum. You must be able to deliver general Civil Engineering and Construction subjects and specifically AutoCAD (Lite/Revit) and Mathematics to Level 1-5 learners. Whilst teaching experience is desirable it is not essential as training will be provided.

Mechanical Engineering Plumbing
Annual Salary £18,303 with incremental progression to £21,861
Required to join a team of experienced and dedicated multi-trade Trainer/Assessors, you will train/assess across NVQ Level 2 and 3 in practical and theory of mechanical engineering plumbing services and associated areas for CITB and NVQ qualifications, both at College and in the workplace as part of NVQ, OSAT (On Site Assessment and Training) or T2G (Train 2 Gain) initiatives. You will take part in programme management and coordination duties, initial assessment of learners, and marketing of the provision. You will be involved in course development and mentoring of staff and learners.
You will be from a mechanical engineering plumbing trade background with relevant experience.

Staff Development
Annual Starting Salary £16,353 with incremental progression to £19,422
Required to work with the Staff Development Coordinator to provide confidential administrative support relating to the training and development of the College’s staff, including the administration and monitoring of on-line training programmes. You will also be required to assist with the monitoring of the Staff Development budget.
You must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office and have previous experience of administration work.
