Former Rivington & Blackrod High School student, Oliver completed the City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma Advanced Professional Cookery course.
He successfully achieved employment as Chef De Partie at The Punchbowl Restaurant in the Lake District, a Two AA Rosette Restaurant for Culinary Excellence and has since been promoted to Sous Chef.
The rising culinary star reached the final of North West Young Chef of the Year in 2018. Oliver recently returned to College to demonstrate his knowledge and highly skilled techniques in a masterclass for our current students.
