Welcome to the Department

Mark, who is Head of Department for Art, Design, Media and Performing Arts has been involved in Creative Arts education for many years. Graduating with a Masters Degree in Industrial Design (Product), he has taught across a wide range of subject areas in the visual Arts and has worked as an examiner for Cambridge Assessment International Education.

Mark has worked at Wigan & Leigh College School for the Arts since 2017 and states “We are proud to offer a supportive and inclusive experience for all of our students, whatever their interests, motivations and passions may be.”
