Jack Knott, a former Albany Academy pupil has achieved great results in his A-Levels - Applied Medical Pathway and has secured a place at The University of Salford to studying Biochemistry.
“The small class sizes are great. I’ve had so much support from tutors with my university applications. I’m sure this has an impact on helping me secure my offers. I’ve really enjoyed being part of the Medical Society. We’ve taken part in dissections and used software to develop new drugs. This experience has helped me with my university interviews and is great preparation for becoming a medical undergraduate."
