Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration
Wigan & Leigh College

Lewis Evans

The 17-year-old former St John Fisher High School student embarked on an apprenticeship programme after completing his AS Levels at a local college.

Lewis says, “After achieving my AS Levels I decided it was time to gain some valuable work experience, enhancing my employability and skill set. An apprenticeship is an excellent way to gain new skills and knowledge. I’m really thankful of the opportunity to work in such a professional environment which provides me with a wide range of experience. Part of my role within Business Services is to support the recruitment of apprentices; this is something I find extremely rewarding. I’d really encourage the apprenticeship route for those looking for an alternative to a full-time course.
