OPERATIONAL ENGINEER

As an Operational Delivery Engineer you will plan, undertake and manage a range of engineering operations to meet safety requirements; which includes formulating programmes of work, establishing review criteria, measuring performance and identifying delivery issues.

Starting salary of £18,500 per annum

CABLE JOINTER

Cable Jointers are responsible for installing and joining lengths of power cable together, as well as repairing and maintaining the cables which are critical to keeping our network running safely and successfully. You’ll be confident working in confined spaces and be comfortable working outside in all weathers.

Starting salary of £12,699.44 per annum

CONTROL ENGINEER

A Control Engineer is responsible for the control and operation of our electrical network, 24/7 365 days within the control centre under normal and fault situations.

DESIGN ENGINEER

A Design Engineer is responsible for all aspects of electrical network design, ensuring all proposed designs meet commercial and investment requirements and take into account innovation developments.

Overhead Line Workers are responsible for building, maintaining and repairing overhead lines on wooden poles or steel towers, a critical service that our customers depend on. You’ll need a head for heights and be comfortable working outdoors in all weathers.

PROJECT ENGINEER

An Electrical Project Engineer manages the construction and installation of new electrical plant. This will include project managing activities ensuring projects are delivered on time, meeting stakeholder and budget requirements.
