BAKERY SCHOOL

Baking and Patisserie requires a lot of skill and imagination. If you are inspired by the art of bread and pastry making, tempering chocolate and classical decorative techniques then one of our courses could be for you. Bakery skills are in high demand in the food and drinks industry.

The purpose built kitchens and industry-standard equipment are second-to-none. Students can choose from a range of courses that will develop the skills and knowledge needed to work in this exciting industry.

After studying at Level 2, students can progress onto Level 3 to develop and refine their bakery skills and techniques.  Great opportunities exist for qualified bakers in employment in hotels, restaurants, cafes and self-employment.
