Is this course for me?
Are you looking for a career in Aviation or customer services? If you would like to learn more about the airline and travel industries with a particular focus on gaining employment within an airport this course is for you. As well as airport specific skills and knowledge you will learn transferable skills that will support you in other industries
You will focus on topics relating to working in an airport including passenger services, customer services, checking in, baggage handling and dealing with emergencies and dealing with complaints.
Through a range of practical and written assessments throughout the academic year
Full time for one academic year
A minimum of 5 GCSE subjects graded 9-3 including English or maths.
Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Travel and Tourism or a specialist Level 2 Cabin Crew qualification or employment.
You will need to purchase a uniform, details will be provided

Students aged 19+ will need to pay an exam fee of £120.00
