Underpinning this qualification you will develop advanced knowledge of Health and Safety practice, Anatomy and Physiology.
You will also develop knowledge and understanding of the practical skills learned throughout this qualification.
The purpose of this qualification is to develop your skills in beauty therapy to a high level of occupational ability, to enable you to perform your own advanced salon services.
Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Treatments is a course that has been specifically designed to develop your practical beauty therapy skills such as; face and body electrotherapy and body massage.
Creation of a Portfolio
Practical assessments
Knowledge based assessments (through the completion of work booklets)
Knowledge based on-line exams
GCSE Maths and English exams if required
Full Time for one academic year
A Level 2 in Beauty Therapy qualification
Level 4 in skin anatomy, skin peeling and micro needling
Employment in the Beauty Industry
You are required to:
Be ready - Present a professional image in the salon environment by wearing a uniform - this can be purchased from the college
Be respectful - Communicate and behave professionally in the salon and college environment - you will be required to give and receive treatments
Be safe - Follow safe and hygienic working practices to include bringing correct tools and equipment - this can be purchased from the college

Students aged 16-18 do not pay exam fees.
Students aged 19+ will need to pay an exam fee of £139.00
