This course is an introduction to skin peels. Chemical peel procedures apply a chemical solution to the skin which helps remove the top layers. The skin then grows back smoother. Chemical peels are used to treat wrinkles, discoloured skin and scars within beauty salons and spa's.
During this course you will study:
Anatomy and Physiology of the skin
Chemical skin peels
You will be assessed through practical observation and professional discussion.
2 hours a week for 1 week
To be working towards level 3 beauty therapy or already achieved level 3 beauty therapy or above.
Further short courses
No kit or uniform is required however we recommend that you wear all black and closed toe shoes.
