This course will introduce all the jargon around using a computer and navigating the internet.
You will undergo a practical online exam . Your tutor will also observe you demonstrating the skills you have learned

No formal qualifications needed but some familiarity with using a computer and selecting icons is neede.
Learners can use this qualification to support applications for employment .
Computing and IT tutors have relevant industrial and commercial experience.
