This is a course for both recent school leavers and those wishing to return to education.
Our GCSE programme covers a range of topics both theoretical and practical, and provides a good introduction to further study in Biology.
Written examinations
Part time for one academic year
Recent school leavers should possess a grade D / 3 in a GCSE Science, but for adults, a mature and committed approach can be an effective substitute for formal qualifications.
Progression onto a Level 3 Study Programme or into employment. This is a good course for those who require a GCSE in science to progress into further study or on to degrees programs that demand it. It is often taken by those wishing to progress on to the Access to HE programs that we offer.
The College has many years of experience with GCSE courses. Our experienced and enthusiastic Science lecturers will make sure your classes are interesting and enjoyable. Many students progress onto further qualifications.
