Is this course for me?
An introduction to Mental Health and Wellbeing. Designed for those people who are considering a career in the care sector with a specialism in mental health and wellbeing.
Units include; domestic abuse, drugs and alcohol awareness.
Assessment is on going and developed through a portfolio of course work.
13 weeks
No formal previous qualification are required.
Progression to Access to Mental Health or into employment
You will receive support from a competent, approachable team of staff, who have experience in the Health or Social Care Sector. You will learn about values, interpersonal skills and the care needs of individuals; all of which are required to work in the Care Sector.

Students aged 16-18 do not pay exam fees.
Students aged 19+ will need to pay an exam fee of £71.00
