HND (HTQ) Construction Management for England (Construction Design and Build Technician) - Sept Part Time Day - awarded by Pearson
Is this course for me?
Are you ready to take your construction career to the next level — with a focus on design, planning, and the delivery of construction projects?
This course is for you if you've completed a relevant Level 4 qualification (like an HNC) and want to progress into technical and managerial roles within the design and build side of the construction industry. It's ideal for those aiming to work on complex projects where they can contribute to both the creative and operational aspects of construction delivery.
You'll develop a deep understanding of how construction projects are planned, designed, and managed — from early concepts through to final build. Whether you're already in the industry or preparing to take on more responsibility, this course gives you the tools, confidence, and insight to lead.
With a strong focus on real-world application, sustainability, and modern methods of construction, the course prepares you for a career that combines creative thinking with practical project delivery.
We know you're balancing life, work, and study — which is why this course is delivered flexibly to fit around your commitments. We offer September and January start dates.
If you want to build, lead, and make a lasting impact — this is your next step.
