Is this course for me?

All branches of industry, commerce and local government need administrators at all levels in their organisations. Administrators are people who enjoy with others in a variety of ways to keep business running smoothly and efficiently. For all organisations, administration is a crucial business function.

What will I study?

NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, English, Maths & IT functional skills and a Technical Certificate in Business Administration.

How long is the course?

The NVQ & Technical Certificate is flexible basis to suit the employer needs. Functional skills delivery is flexible, it can be daytime/evening, within College or in your organisation.

How will I be assessed?

An experienced assessor will carry out training and assessments in the workplace. Learners will collect work based in a portfolio that is then assessed to the criteria at the relevant level.

What qualifications do I need?

No previous experience is required.

What can I progress onto?

Further study can lead to many opportunities in supervisory and managerial positions.
