Is this course for me?If you want a rewarding career working in a childcare setting we have a number of routes for you to follow, including further study at university level. You will need to have a clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) to work in the childcare sector. This course gives you an introduction to working in early years. It will give you the opportunity to develop your skills in communication, problem solving, team working and time management and is staffed by industry professional tutors who will help you to maximise your full potential. On successful completion of this course there are progression opportunities to Level 1 Childcare or Level 2 Teaching Assistants ( subject to entry criteria).

Course fees shown are per annum for University Centre courses. Courses lasting longer than one year, fees will be payable per year.
