Is this course for me?

This course is designed for those adult learners who work, or would like to work in the adult care sector.

What will I study?

This course is designed to support those students who with to also study English and Maths. Units included are safeguarding, duty of care and communication.

How long is the course?


How will I be assessed?

Assessment is on going and developed through a portfolio of course work.

What qualifications do I need?

Preference that students have experience in the care sector and L1 qualification

What can I progress onto?

Progression onto Level 3 Adult Care Sector or into employment

Other Information

You will receive support from a competent, approachable team of staff, who have experience in the Health or Social Care Sector. You will learn about values, interpersonal skills and the care needs of individuals; all of which are required to work in the Care Sector.
