What will I study?

This module is suitable for those who are responsible for HR decision making within an organisation at a tactical or strategic level. This module not only focuses on practical aspects of recruitment, selection, retention and dismissal, but also on the strategic aspect to equip learners with the knowledge and skills required for resourcing and talent management within a global context.

How will I be assessed?

Assessment is by work based assignments and examinations. This will be supplemented with class room based activities.

What qualifications do I need?

Entry is by tutor interview. The qualification is at Masters Level and individuals are expected to possess a degree.
