Is this course for me?

Those who wish to enter the Business Management and Administration sector and progress to a university course, an apprenticeship, employment or a business start-up.

What will I study?

You will cover key areas including:

• the essentials of business organisation

• governance, cultures and values

• change management

• communication standards and professional audience

• quality and compliance.



You will also specialise in team leadership/management.

How long is the course?

Full time for two academic years

How will I be assessed?

External examinations and an Employer set project

What qualifications do I need?

A minimum of 5 GCSE subjects, graded 9-4, including English and Maths.

What can I progress onto?

You may apply for degree programmes in:

• accounting

• business

• finance

• hospitality, leisure, and tourism

• human resource management

• management

• marketing.

Or take up employment in:

• team leader roles in a range of business functions including marketing, HR, finance

• business improvement coordination
