Is this course for me?

This course focuses on narrative production skills using moving image. Students will be equipped with the latest working practices and technical skills, including 4k and raw image production and colour grading, which have recently emerged in the industry.

What will I study?

This course includes units covering: Creative Thinking; Contextual Studies; Contemporary Contextual Studies for Creative Industries; Professional Practice. Specialist units include Audio Production; Visual Production; Multimedia Production; Programme Design and Production; Producing and Directing; Video Post-Production and Student Initiated Module.

How long is the course?

Two academic years.

How will I be assessed?

The programme is assessed through a variety of methods, from portfolio assessments to project work.

What qualifications do I need?

64 UCAS points. Mature students with experience, a portfolio of work and employer references will be considered. Students must also possess a Grade C or above in English at GCSE or equivalent.
