Is this course for me?

This is a course for both recent school leavers and those wishing to return to education.

What will I study?

Our GCSE Trilogy programme covers a range of topics both theoretical and practical, it is equvialent to 2 GCSEs and provides a good introduction to further study across the three scientific disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)

How long is the course?

Part time for one academic year

Written examinations

What qualifications do I need?

Recent school leavers should possess a grade D / 3 in a GCSE Science, but for adults, a mature and committed approach can be an effective substitute for formal qualifications.

What can I progress onto?

Progression onto a Level 3 Study Programme or into employment. This is a good course for those who a require a GCSE in science to progress into further study or on to degrees programs that demand it. It is often taken by those wishing to progress onto the Access to Science programme

The College has many years of experience with GCSE courses. Our experienced and enthusiastic Science lecturers will make sure your classes are interesting and enjoyable. Many students progress onto further qualifications.
