Is this course for me?

This exciting new course has been designed to introduce students to sport and active leisure. The course provides a broad base of sports and active leisure related topics and will allow progression to further learning at Level 2.

What will I study?

Learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to plan fitness regimes, plan and assist in the leading of activities and sessions. You will be encouraged to take part in regular exercise

How long is the course?

Full time for one academic year.

What qualifications do I need?

A minimum of 5 A*-E/F / 9-2 subjects or equivalent.

What can I progress onto?

You can progress on to Sport Level 2 VTCT Diploma.
