Bakery School

With the sale of baked goods in the UK on the rise, it’s never been a better time to develop your skills and get work ready for a job in the bakery industry. You’ll learn using industry standard equipment, in professional kitchens, taught by some of the best bakers in the North-West.

You’ll learn different methods and techniques in patisserie and confectionery crafts. We’ll support you in developing safe, professional working practices, plus you’ll get tonnes of hands on experience.
