You’ll work in industry standard kitchen facilities at our award-winning Wheel Restaurant, experiencing the cut and thrust of catering for paying diners.

Our industry savvy tutors will offer you an authentic learning experience to get you work ready.

You’ll learn the principles and practice of knife skills, menu planning and food safety, preparing foods such as stocks, soups, sauces, meat, fish, shellfish and desserts. And some of you’ll progress to advanced skills in sugar, chocolate and pastry.
