Parsons Walk campus is a vibrant environment, home to a range of vocational courses and our exclusive A Level Programme. This centre is home to our higher-level technical students on specialist courses in Health & Social Care, Digital Technologies and Civil Engineering. Located across from the Parsons Walk Campus, facilities include clinical skills wards, manual handling suite, specialist science laboratories featuring our CAVE (CAVE Automatic Virtual Environment), state-of-the-art Anatomage Table and a health and social care careers hub.

Our Centre for Performing Arts was opening in 2023 and hosts resources such as AV editing suites, a new theatre, multi-media suites, a TV studio with a green screen and a new radio studio with the latest learning technology Dancers have access to two purpose built sprung floor studios and music students are working in new soundproofed recording studios, practical classrooms and rehearsal spaces.

Home to the Centre of Excellence in Engineering and Construction students have access to top tech facilities and industry standard workshops and laboratories to prepare for work in these lucrative businesses. The campus hosts our Future Energy Zone – a state-of-the-art facility which is a pioneering model for energy efficiency and sustainability. Significant investment has also taken place in recent years in specialist facilities including Hydraulic and Pneumatic Lab, Fluids Engineering Lab, Electronic Testing Lab, Robotics Labs, Industrial Control Lab, Food Manufacturing Facilities, Additive Manufacturing Lab and Smart Manufacturing Labs.

As the latest addition to our campus buildings, The Skills Academy has recently opened its doors on Prescott Street, Wigan. This new academy responds to the growing demand for quality technical education and training. Students can enjoy a full range of services and facilities on-site, and with Parsons Walk campus just a five-minute walk away, they have even more resources at their fingertips. The Skills Academy enhances our college’s offerings, maintaining the same high standards of education and technical training.

Located on the multi-million-pound Leigh Sports Village site, this campus is home to our Centre of Excellence in Sport as well as a wide range of vocational courses and our exclusive A Level Programme. Our first Digital Skills Academy with brand new facilities, hardware and software for computer science students is also located here as well as other subjects including Animal Management, Business, Childcare & Education, Health & Social Care, Public Services & Science. Students benefit from a smaller, modern, warm and friendly environment.

Leigh Adult Learning Centre is for adult students studying Accountancy, Teaching Assistants, ESOL, Maths and English. There are dedicated facilities for our Counselling and Access to Health students to support their studies and professional practice.
