Dining on campus is an enjoyable experience at our award-winning Wheel Restaurant, based at Parsons Walk Campus. Prepared and served by our Catering & Hospitality students, there is a variety of delicious, nutritious meals, suited for everyone. 

Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite between classes or enjoying a leisurely meal with friends, The Wheel Restaurant is a hidden gem in the heart of Wigan, easily accessible via all major bus and train lines. 

We pride ourselves on using local, seasonal produce to create high quality dishes. The Wheel introduces a new mouth-watering menu every week, so there’s plenty to choose from. You can relax in the warm, friendly atmosphere and choose your tipple from our refreshing drinks menu.

All of our dishes are cooked entirely by our students under the watchful eye of our experienced tutors. The students not only prepare and cook the dishes as part of their hospitality qualification but they’re also trained to a high standard in the etiquette of food service. 
 
You’ll receive a warm welcome from our front of house team who will provide you with the very best service. Our highly experienced Front of House lecturers are always close at hand to ensure you enjoy your visit. 
 
The Wheel Restaurant has previously scooped the title of Wigan Food and Drink Festival Restaurant of the Year.
