College Partners with Top Built Environment Consultancy to offer Paid T level Placement Opportunity  

Award-winning Engineering consultancy, Hoare Lea held successful talks with the college resulting in a lucrative T Level Industry Placement offer for a student taking the brand new T Level in Electrical Installation.  

Horae Lea have worked on big projects for the likes of Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, Manchester College City Campus and Alexander Stadium.  

September 2024 will see the college role out a swathe of new T Level courses in subject areas including engineering, construction, finance, animal care and fashion.  

Students will be invited to a recruitment selection event where they will be interviewed by representatives from the firm for the unique work placement.

“They will have the unique opportunity to experience a real working environment on some exciting projects; working with experts and experienced professionals, which will give them a huge boost to their overall learning journey and to their future career prospects too.” 

The college already works with established construction employers including Galliford Try and Laing O’Rourke, who provide placement opportunities for students. With the addition of Hoare Lea, students choosing to study a T Level in either electrical installation or civil engineering will be best placed to gain the strongest opportunities to develop their skills.
