We collaborate closely with employers to conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis, so that our training programmes are tailored to meet your specific needs.
Initial Consultation
We begin with an initial consultation with our Employer Engagement Team who will meet with you to understand your business goals, challenges, and workforce requirements.
Analysis of Current Skills and Performance
We’ll discuss and identify current skill levels, performance issues, and specific training requirements. In addition, we’ll look at what challenge you may be facing such as recruitment into specific roles or skills.
Identification of Training Needs
Based on the analysis, together we’ll identify specific training needs, determining which skills gaps are most critical to address to achieve the business’s strategic goals and establish clear and measurable learning objectives for the training programmes.
Development of bespoke training programmes
Once we understand your needs, we can then develop specialised courses to enhance job-specific technical skills. We can also build in any other training requirements, for example, in communication, teamwork, leadership, and other essential soft skills.
Ongoing Support and Partnership
We continue to work closely with our employer partners to ensure that training programmes remain relevant and effective.
